Continuing Education - FAQ

Every student is assigned a single sign-on ID (SSO ID), used to access UMSL computing services. You must know your student number to find your SSO ID.

• Go to http://gatewayid.umsl.edu and click "Look Up Your ID".
• Enter your student number in the box and click "Search".
• Make a note of your SSO ID and then click "Activate Your Account" to select your password.
• You will use your SSO ID to login to many campus sites, including MyGateway and MyView. It is also used to create your e-mail address.
