Web sites continue to evolve into more complex and interactive means to communicate with their users. This evolution creates a need for individuals who can effectively enhance their organizations’ image, convey a message about their products and services, and enable customers and the public to interact with the organization. To support this, individuals must be able to acquire information from their Web audience and shape it to meet the needs of the organization as well as heighten the user experience. This certificate is designed for Web designers, technical managers, developers, and authors who want to add interactivity to their Web sites.
