New “Plan to Pass” Tool

Certification Information
The HR Certification Institute requires HR professionals planning to sit for the PHR or SPHR exams to have a combination of demonstrated work experience and education. For additional information, visit www.hrci.org/2011_exam_eligibility.
All certification testing is computer-based and conducted at the 250 Prometric Test Centers around the country. The next testing period is December 1-June 30, 2011. To avoid a late fee, register for your exam by March 11, 2011. For best results, schedule your certification exam for a date that is after the end of your particular class section. Attend and actively participate in all six sessions, meeting SHRM's prescribed requirements, and you will be awarded 3.5 continuing education units and a noncredit Chancellor's Certificate from UMSL, as well as a SHRM certificate of completion.

All sessions are located in the J.C. Penney Conference Center at UMSL and run from 5:30-8:20 PM.
