As the dean of Continuing Education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, I am pleased to welcome you to our Web site.
The University of Missouri is the state's only public research and doctoral degree-granting institution, and it is the mission of Continuing Education to share with the people of the St. Louis region, and beyond, the University of Missouri’s knowledge and research through public service and outreach.
Our mission is to facilitate lifelong learning to help improve the quality of life of the residents of the St. Louis metropolitan area and beyond.
Through Continuing Education, the colleges and centers of the University of Missouri-St. Louis administer a wide variety of credit courses, noncredit programs, and problem-oriented research for the benefit of the people of the greater St. Louis metropolitan area and beyond. Programs are offered both on and off campus. Courses at UMSL are usually held in the J.C. Penney Conference Center unless otherwise indicated.
